Pacific Breeze Villa is located 1 mile north of Manuel Antonio National Park, within walking distance of gorgeous white sand beaches, and some of the best surf breaks in Costa Rica, the house is also the ideal spot for just relaxing and enjoying the view.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front verandah. You'll see and hear exotic birds darting through the trees as the waves crash onto the beach. Afternoons may find you playing in the surf, hiking through a national park or taking part in one of the many adventure tours available. If you're looking for a more calm way to spend the day, you could hang out on the back verandah which sits forty feet above the jungle floor. Almost daily the monkeys visit the trees here, playing on the railing while you watch.

This unique 4200 sq ft. three level home was built to showcase breathtaking ocean views out front and a natural jungle in the rear. The 25' vaulted teak pole ceiling with half moon skylight casts painted murals on the wall via sunlight. The flooring is a combination of Italian tile and solid teak. The home also includes the latest in American appliances.

There are four bedrooms and four bath with two of the baths each having Jacuzzis. All four rooms have queen beds.  There is AC in the bedrooms.

There is a satellite for the  TV's. You will find the main TV is equipped with Bose surround sound, VCR and video library and another Bose stereo  with cd player occupies the custom game room (foos ball and pool table).
